Step 1: Take some time out to think about/write down what brings you happiness and joy. Keep the list somewhere you can read it, add to it and amend it as time goes by. Step 2: Do more of that stuff, more often. It shouldn't be a 'treat' or 'special'

Every now and then I will recognise that I have barely been breathing. When I notice this, I'll take three deep breaths (or more) to reset. Breath is such a powerful tool, and it feels so nice to take some deep breaths. Why not try it now?
Remember to take a second to pause, especially when you feel like you have no time to - that's when you need it the most. Life isn't a race! If you believe it is, what are you racing towards?
We weren't made to be running on the Pikachu wheel our whole life! It's so important to take some time out to relax, to unwind, and to just chill!
You are made of so much water, so you gotta stay topped up! Keep replenishing it!! Cool kids drink water..
Everyone grows in different ways on different days. Don't compare someone else's growth to your own!
